Logging today’s strength practise session, just to see where things are at:

Warmup

Rope skipping

  • 100 regular jumps (1 x 100 jumps in one go)
  • 100 speed jumps (needed a few restarts)
  • 150 one-legged jumps (75 LR)
  • 50 high jumps (knees up)

Kettlebell Practise

  • Simple & Sinister warmup (8kg)
  • 1 Slomo Deadlifts (24kg)
  • 2 x 10 KB Swings (16kg)
  • 2 x 10 one-handed KB swings (16kg)
  • 1 x 10 KB Swings (20kg)
  • 2 x TGU (8kg LR)
  • 2 x TGU (12kg LR)
  • 1 x TGU (8kg LR)

Cooldown

Seated & Standing stretches (30 min)
