Inspiration, Movement

Quieting the Mind

When the mind grows calm, it opens up.

It creates space.

To ‘click in’. To connect. To get reacquainted with what is.

No voice to be heard in the mind.

Today I learned a term for it. Two words, to be exact.

Wordless Oneness.

I’ve never heard of it. Have you?

I do like the ring of it. Elusive, but familiar.

It can happen quietly, when we listen. Or like a storm, when we create.

Or when we learn, and move, just for movement’s sake.

For me it’s when I read, or write, or rest, or train, or draw, or walk, or dance.

Sometimes even, when I teach.

What are the moments where you feel this way?
