Weather Adjustments

It was a snowy day today in Germany, and – like every winter – when snow comes around, we adjust.

We get up a bit earlier, clear the boardwalks, break out the winter coat, calculate a bit more time to get from here to there, and drive a bit more carefully.

Somehow, there is much less resistance to adaptation when it comes to things we feel are out of our control.

So, then, here‘s all the more reason to remain open and willing to adapt, always – as all in life we can truly own are our thoughts, our attitudes, and our actions.

How can we learn from this in movement, and in life?
