Forest Fotoshooting

We went out to the woods for an impromptu mini-shoot in the forest today (in order to prepare the flyers for this summer’s MoveSpiration weekend) and..

It was fun.

It was hard.

It was chilly.

I struggled.

It took us nearly till the end of the walk (and the last drops of sunshine!) to get a few even remotely decent shots.

Posing for ‘normal’ dance-photoshoots, especially with props(!) feels much easier somehow than trying to simply ‘be’ in front of a camera..

Especially when that camera is nearby.

So.. How to do it?

What to think of, how to pose, how to prepare?

What are your experiences with portrait shoots? Do you feel the same?

What are your favourite portrait shoot tips and tricks?
