At the beginning of this month I made a promise to myself to make more time for positive habits, and to figure out a way to weave these more naturally into my day.
I post about it here.
The 3 habits I will be focusing on for this are:
- a cup of coffee or tea (which I usually have in the mornings anyway)
- a bit of dream/day journaling (to start the day with clarity and focus)
- a bit of gentle movement/stretching/mobility (5-10 minutes at least)
